This 15,000 sqft penthouse located in Ranchi, Jharkhand gave us the opportunity to create an open and spacious ambiance while promoting a sense of sophistication and elegance.
The stunning entrance foyer that exudes luxury and modernity. The combination of marble floors, gold accents, floor inlay, mirror console, and armchairs contributes to a lavish aesthetic that sets a grand impression upon entering the home.
The penthouse's ceiling height played a pivotal role in delivering a grand and airy feel to the space. It offered ample opportunities for creative ceiling designs, such as recessed lighting, tray ceilings and even stunning chandeliers, which further elevated the overall luxurious atmosphere.
The master bedroom takes one into a serene haven, a perfectly balanced and thoughtfully designed bedroom that invites rest and tranquility. The focal point of the room is a beautifully upholstered bed , gracefully adorned with sumptuous linens and plush pillows, promising the utmost comfort.In addition to this room, there is a stylish den area with white curve lounger, complemented by a chandelier and teal blue armchair.
A Playful Oasis
The focal point of the room is the car bed, which adds a touch of excitement and adventure to the space. With its playful elements, soft edges, and incorporation of nature-inspired elements, this design creates a balanced and engaging environment for children to sleep, play, and imagine.
In terms of style, the daughter bedroom displays a modern design with its clean lines, minimalistic approach, and focus on simplicity. The white walls contribute to a sense of spaciousness and brightness, while also serving as a neutral backdrop for the other elements in the room.
The bathroom's design takes advantage of a high ceiling, measuring approximately 13 feet, allowing for a spacious atmosphere. The arch-shaped mirror adds a unique architectural element, enhancing the visual interest. It creates a stunning reflection and enlarges the perception of the space.
A modern luxury bedroom with marble floors and a curve bed headboard is quite an exquisite choice. The black and white fluted marble partition creates a striking and visually appealing pattern that further enhances the overall aesthetic of the room. To break the monotony of the colour palette and add a touch of vibrancy, colour pop furniture is incorporated.
